Bill Bennett - Principal

Mr. Bennett has been in the pool and spa construction industry, in the Washington, DC area, for over 30 years. As a young man, he worked his way through all phases of construction and management working directly with the top craftsman and business people in the area. Bill is certified in Advanced Fluid Engineering, Indoor Installations, Color Theory Design Applications and has been commissioned to consult on the design of national and international projects.

As a founder and the General Manager of Alpine Pool and Design, Mr. Bennett schedules and oversees the pool construction and can be seen at project sites on a regular basis. His hands-on coordination of both human and material resources enable Alpine to complete each custom project with quality and efficiency. With his well-organized, proactive management and quality control guidance, an Alpine pool will last a lifetime.

Walt Williams - Principal

Mr. Williams is a graduate of Western Washington University with over 30 years of construction experience. He holds certifications in Advanced Fluid Engineering, Art & Architecture and Color Theory. As a founder of Alpine Pool, Mr. Williams provides the creative ingenuity that produces our spectacular designs.

From the initial contact, Mr. Williams guides our clients in a process that merges their dreams with reality. From the structural complexities of steel and concrete to the subtle harmonies of form and color, a successful design will balance form, function, and budget according to individual needs.

Mr. Williams stresses communication as essential to success. To this end, Mr. Williams acts as the client’s constant advisor for the projects duration. The primary goal is solid construction with artistic finesse and client satisfaction.

Patty Kinsey - Office Manager

Patty brought over 15 years of office experience when she joined Alpine in 2003. With soft-spoken efficiency and a ready sense of humor, she builds relationships with our clients and creates an organized base of operations.

In addition to handling our Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, she is directly involved with the scheduling and day to day operations, ordering of materials and supplies, as well as coordinating the building inspections for each of our projects.

Always anxious to help and answer your questions, Patty is in the office on a daily basis and at your service when needed.

Eloy Reyes - Project Manager

In 2001, we were happy to welcome Eloy to the Alpine Construction team. His impressive work ethic and reliable demeanor have earned respect among both coworkers and clients. With over 20 years of pool construction / management experience, he handles job sites and subcontractors with technical expertise, diplomacy and a bright smile.

Javier Hernandez - Project Manager

In 2004, Javier joined our team. He has learned quickly and is a very detail oriented individual. Javier specializes in the final stages of construction and is anxious to assist with all final polish details. With over 10 years of experience, he has become another respected field supervisor for the Alpine team.

Steve Lomont - Lead Carpenter

Steve, with over 25 years of hands on carpentry experience, has worked with Alpine since its’ founding in 1987. Alpine’s highly detailed, custom wood projects are built one at a time, from start to finish, under Steve’s management. His easy going manner paired with his finely honed carpentry skills make him invaluable to Alpine.
